During our recent family vacation at the Swiss-Chalet, we found a welcoming atmosphere that truly catered to families. The spacious room provided breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, with a charming balcony that added to our overall experience. The staff were accommodating, assisting us with our late check-in, and sharing helpful tips for local activities. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Kuessnacht am Rigi Cable Car, which was a hit with the kids. The ride offered stunning views and a chance to explore the mountains. We also took a delightful ferry trip from the Lucerne Ferry Terminal, perfect for a family day out. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet our expectations, as we had hoped for a wider selection. Nevertheless, the hotel's peaceful park along the lake was a wonderful retreat after our daily adventures. The Swiss-Chalet provides a comfortable and family-friendly setting, allowing you to connect with nature while enjoying modern amenities.
